2. Description of Service

WarrantyWarden is a warranty and product management service that helps users:

• Store and organize product receipts and warranty information
• Receive reminders about warranty expiration dates
• Access AI-powered product support discovery
• Manage product inventory digitally

3. User Accounts

To use WarrantyWarden, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans

WarrantyWarden offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Up to 5 products, basic features
• Pro Plan: Up to 50 products, AI support discovery, priority support
• Unlimited Plan: Unlimited products, all premium features

Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content (receipts, images, product information) you upload to WarrantyWarden. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this content solely for providing our services.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Use automated systems to access the service

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

WarrantyWarden is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data due to user error or technical issues
• Warranty claims denied by manufacturers
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated product information
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
