Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for WarrantyWarden subscription services.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to all paid features until the subscription expires
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan
- Products exceeding the Free plan limit will be archived (not deleted)
How to Cancel: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
2. Refund Policy
WarrantyWarden offers refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund:
- Technical issues preventing service access for more than 48 hours
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Subscription charged after cancellation request
- First-time subscription within 7 days (satisfaction guarantee)
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind after the 7-day period
- Partial month usage
- Account suspension due to terms violation
- Downgrade from a higher-tier plan
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and reason for refund
- We will review and respond within 3-5 business days
4. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- UPI: 3-5 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Plan Changes
When changing subscription plans:
- Upgrade: New plan takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference.
- Downgrade: Change takes effect at the end of current billing period. No refund for remaining time.
6. Free Plan
The Free plan is always available at no cost. No payment information is required to use the Free plan.
